From beaches to breweries, everything is within walking distance. After exploring, return to 3 cozy bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living room designed for families and groups. We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and \`retired\` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. The pet fee is $125 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks. Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes. We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel. The condo was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and was convenient to downtown Traverse City for dining and also to the soccer complex. Quiet neighborhood location. This place is great. Very well decorated, clean and full of amenities, especially for kids. The toys/books in the house kept my little one busy all weekend. Everything was very clean and the property manager was on top of all of our questions/concerns. The location is also great, close to everything. Would highly recommend. One thing to note, this place does have a lot of stairs. The beds were very comfortable, and the deck made it a beautiful morning to enjoy some coffee and the wonderful weather we had. This condo was located in the heart of everything. Downtown is less than 10 minutes and that's only because TC has heavy construction going on at this time. There is a civic center down the road where you can walk your pets in the shade on a nice trail they offer. The area is safe to have a morning jog or a nice walk. I originally was looking for a place on the water, but I am glad we picked this condo. It was perfect and we will book again with Dandan. ##### Adelaida R.
