This location was not too close to town but allowed us to be in between many locations centrally. The house was clean and very cute! We just wish the weather was a bit nicer so we could have enjoyed the fenced in yard a bit more.
This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Perfect location to explore the Northwest corner of the lower peninsula. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Very quiet, safe neighborhood.
We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us to attend the craft show we came up for. The home was perfect for the four of us to enjoy the evenings playing games. The home is well appointed and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend it
Property was as advertised. Perfect for 2 guys with a bedroom and bathroom on both ends. Kitchen is great and the living space is a great place to crash at the end of the day.
We love the whole northwest lower peninsula, but this is our first time in Grawn. We were a little nervous when we realized this was in a trailer park, but absolutely no reason to worry. It was quiet, clean, so comfortable and located perfectly for us! We didn’t really use much in the kitchen as we were out and about a lot. But seemed to have what we would’ve needed. We will definitely stay here again!
Everything was perfect. the Host we extremely prompt in answering and the place was in great condition. Would happily return here if in the area again.
I have a new favorable opinion of a manufactured home. Much roomier then I expected. The kitchen was well equipped with everyday needs. Our stay was very enjoyable.
I had a lovely time staying here. I don’t really have any complaints about my stay. I would recommend. Although the showers temp is really weird, but other than that it’s good
It was a great location. Outside of the hub bub, but close enough to everything. In terms of value, it was outstanding. When you consider the price of hotels in Traverse City, this place was a great value. It was clean and provided the amenities of a home. It was a great springboard location to the area, especially to Interlochen, wineries, Fishtown and downtown Traverse City.
We came to Traverse City with friends. Our reservation process & check in were seamless. The mobile home is newly refurbished & extremely neat, clean & comfortable. . Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Very nicely decorated. Had a fenced back yard that worked well for our small dogs.
Somehow a sprinkler system was left on automatic, we got a little wet going out at night for dog potty breaks.
Clean, Clean, Clean. Tastefully furnished. Two bedrooms, Two full bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room and living room. Back yard is fenced with privacy, a gas grill, a fire pit w/chairs, and table with sunbrella. The beds are super comfortable. Air conditioners in every room for hot days. Will stay again.
The trailer home was just right for us! The common area was very spacious and modern looking. Would recommend adding a side chair or recliner for more seating. The kitchen was well appointed. The home isn’t in what most people would think as a trailer park. It seemed to be as a regular neighborhood, quiet and good proximity to downtown. We enjoyed the fire pit too. Price was very reasonable.
