This 11 sleeper home is made up of both sides of a duplex. The bottom apartment contains 2 bedrooms, one full and one half bathrooms, full kitchen, and additional sleeping space in the living room. The upstairs apartment contains 2 bedrooms, full bath, a full kitchen, and a home office. This is an old home! Built at the turn from the 19th to 20th century, this home was meant to be a single family dwelling, but was almost instantaneously transformed into a boarding house. This house has old fashioned funk and charm. It will easily accommodate a large group without feeling cramped or crowded. The house was spacious and clean. There was no washer and dryer which was a problem for us since we were renting for 10 days.
