Upstairs there are three bedrooms and another full bathroom. One of the queen bedrooms has a private balcony. This is a great location to enjoy everything in Traverse City. This was our first time staying in this unit and we were very happy with our experience. As soon as we walked in, we noticed how clean the condo was. The bedrooms and kitchen were all thoughtfully furnished and the smart tv was a nice added bonus. We were able to walk downtown and to the beach multiple times throughout the week. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have plenty of space. It's an easy walk into downtown Traverse City or to the waterfront. We made extensive use of the trail system, which is so close to this condo! Comfortable, clean, roomy, quiet, easy parking, with a washer/dryer, full kitchen, two bathrooms - it was awesome! We will definitely want to stay there again if we go back to the area. ##### Charlotte W. Overall the place was clean (under bed needed a little more attention), but only noticed the last day when I dropped something. Great communication and location was near everything. This property was perfect for the occasion. It was comfortable and clean and easy to access, both centrally located and check in and access to the property were very convenient. We enjoyed the full kitchen in preparing many meals, as well as the ease of access to multiple locations around the area to visit winery, brewery, lighthouse parks and other attractions. ##### Patrick M.
