The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of the way to accommodate us. They even had the shuttle take us to the hospital when we had an unexpected family emergency. Great people and very nice hotel.

The staff was very helpful in addressing some late night noise in the adjacent room at 5 am!! But some of that can be unfortunately expected for new years eve, although didn't mind it too much until maybe 3 but then to be awaken by wild noise at 5 was a problem. Place is really nice also
