In the heart of Old Town- adjacent to downtown Traverse City- this sharp, one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers comfort, convenience and proximity to everything. It's a perfect space to call home-base in any season. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, smart TV for streaming only. Everything you need, nothing you don't. Free parking in the small rear lot is 1st come 1st serve. ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Space: This unit is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. One queen bed in the bedroom and the pull-out sofa in the living room is a queen. Full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Smart TV with streaming capabilities only. (Sorry no cable.) Please note the Keurig pictured has been changed to a drip coffee maker. This condo is 850 square feet. Guest Access: To view all Golden Swan properties and for our very best prices, please find us at goldenswanmgt The Neighborhood: Restraurant options everywhere within easy walking distance. Handy neighborhood market around the corner on Union Street has one of the best butchers in town- Maxbauers. Getting Around: \*\*Parking Updates – Effective February 1, 2025\*\* Due to new regulations imposed by the parking committee, we are no longer able to provide parking passes to our guests. Parking will be the responsibility of guests, with options including first come first serve lot, metered street parking and parking garages. Street Parking: Overnight Restrictions: No parking from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM (Nov 16–Apr 14) on City streets. Towing enforced. Metered Parking: Enforced Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding holidays). Everything was fully stocked and super clean, and the whole place is perfectly decorated and well appointed. Way better than any resort and a better value too. Downtown shops and restaurants are only two blocks away - less than a 10 minute walk for sure. And if you're headed out for some sight seeing, the main routes are out of town also nearby.
