Capri 210 is a bright and private Condo in a beautiful part of town. This is the perfectly calm oasis to relax and recharge after jumping in to all Traverse City has to offer. The Space: Capri 210 is a condo located right downtown Traverse City. There are three flights of stairs to get up to the condo. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room. Good for a couple due to the one bedroom. Cons:the parking situation is awful and confusing. There are very few spots in the designated lot so we had to park in the structure which ended up costing more than $20 max per day as the description had said. Luckily we got a spot in the lot for the remaining 2 days of the trip, otherwise could have ended up spending more than $100 on parking alone. The actual apartment has some construction issues that make it feel like it was hastily built and not with quality or care: laundry doors don’t close, bathroom door did not close all the way making it impossible to lock, the left side of closet door would not open at all, the towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off, toilet paper rack looks like it was about to fall off. There was minimal furniture/decore or places to put clothing other than the closet, metal barstools and metal table for dining were uncomfortable, couch was sinking and not very comfortable. Overall it was okay. Personally I would not stay here again, especially for the price and the parking situation and lack of attention to detail/comfort. ##### Julie D.
