Street Parking: Overnight Restrictions: No parking from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM (Nov 16–Apr 14) on City streets. Towing enforced. Metered Parking: Enforced Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding holidays).
