Second visit to the cabin. The cabin is very well situated close to town as well as Leland, Northport and Traverse City. Very affordable and clean cabin.
Great place to stay for our long weekend.
Everything about the property was as advertised and clean.
It’s dated and lacks some space in the bathroom and 2nd bedroom, but we would stay again.
Enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Suttons Bay…the cabin is tucked away of the Main Street and convenient to the variety of restaurants if not the wineries surrounding the area or great hiking trails. Comfy, comfy bed, kitchen stocked with necessary utensils and cozy space.
Absolutely perfect for us and our dog. Quiet, walking distance to great shops and restaurants. The cabin was exactly what we needed and the host had nice touches making it very welcoming. Would stay again.
We were in town for our friends 50th anniversary and wanted something right in town. The location was perfect and the. Cottage was clean and well equipped. Loved it.
It was great and well worth our get away. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities that were needed. Shopping and eating downtown was in walking distance from the cabin. Walking the pier by the Marina was so relaxing.
The owner was the best. Very supportive and most appreciated in an unexpected situation.
This was our second time staying at Carol’s cabin and we loved it just as much as the first stay! The location is perfect for hanging out in Suttons Bay, walking to dinner and the shops, or hopping on the bike trails and quick trips to the wineries. The patio is great for sipping wines bought at the wineries, the beds are comfy, and the cabin is stocked with anything you could need! Thanks so much again, Carol! We’ll be back next year!
Location is fabulous for beach, town and TART.
Cabin has musty smell typical for lake area; lightly scented candles and opening screened windows helped. We kept blinds up to let light in after we gave the windows an amateur cleaning. Really made a difference. A/C is good. is great for am coffee/happy hour.
We had a great time in Suttons Bay. It was a wonderful cabin nestled right in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the beach.
The cabin was small and rustic but as detailed in the listing. Only 1 surprise- a gift card to a local art gallery! We used it and went home with 4-5 new art pieces for our home! That was very nice of the owner! We will definitely look to book this again on future visits to the area. It was me my wife and our little dog.
Funky old place that evoked memories of little cottages we stayed at up north as kids. The place was clean and comfortable, and had all we needed for an enjoyable weekend. Right in the center of town and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Host was very responsive, calling back to a few questions we had shortly after arriving.
The cabin is on a narrow paved alley. Parking spot was just big enough for the Edge, being clear of the alley and leaving enough room to walk onto the porch. If we'd had the F150 I may have had to park out on the street.
This was our second stay at Carol’s cabin, and we enjoyed it just as much as we did a few years ago. The location is absolutely perfect for walking around Sutton’s Bay as well as getting around for day trips in the area. Everything was well stocked and all of the amenities we could want were available. Thank you for another wonderful stay!
