We had the opportunity to see inside the two cottages on either side of this one (different owner), these were nicely updated - kitchen, flooring, A/C, bedding, decorations, and also provided kayaks for visitor use. Ours looked really outdated in comparison. Would have loved to have A/C on the super hot days/nights and use of kayaks as our neighbors did.
