Hot Tub + Long Lake Waterfront - Long Lake Escape 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathrooms, full house rental on Long Lake private waterfront & hot tub! Complete renovation — all new bathrooms, kitchen with all new appliances, and raised 9 foot cathedral ceiling in the living space leading to a south facing deck the full length of the building. This is the perfect place to spend summer with plenty of sun, shade, and private waterfront to swim. Quiet resort-like atmosphere and almost 3000 acres of all-sports lake, 4 miles from end to end. We are here to make your stay feel like home - feel free to contact us with any questions, and we hope you enjoy your time in beautiful Northern Michigan! Guests have access to the whole home during their stay. Please note the garage is not available for guests use. The driveway can accommodate about 3 cars. Two cars can be parked alongside the garage door and there is room for one additional car to the left of the home. For both of these parking spots please make sure you’re not blocking the shared road so that the neighbors further down can drive past the house. Street parking is not permitted. This beautiful, modern waterfront home can be found on the private Long Lake Peninsula. Enjoy outdoor dining on the spacious south-facing deck or head out for a day of swimming or fun on a boat! Bring your boat with you, or rent from one of the many boat rental companies in the area! We can offer recommendations - feel free to reach out. This neighborhood of \~100 homes also has a private boat launch just down the road. This is a completely renovated spacious home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home includes all the amenities you’d hope to find to make your vacation feel like a home-away-from-home, such as a coffee maker, SmartTV, WiFi, and including plenty of towels, and linens. With a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed plus a twin with twin trundle underneath, there is plenty of room for the whole family! \---- About the Lakefront---- Long Lake is one of the area's largest all-sports, inland lakes and is located just a few miles south of Traverse City. At nearly 3,000 acres, this spring-fed lake has a service area of 4.5 square miles. It is one of the most popular spots for boating, fishing, and swimming with it's clear water and islands to explore. Four of the islands (Fox, Long, Picnic, and South Island) are parks open to the public with reasonable use restrictions. \--- About the Area---- This home is only 7 minutes from the famous Moomers Handmade Ice Cream, where you can tour the farm and try their delicious flavors of ice cream with the family! A short 10 minute drive north-east will find you in downtown Traverse City, with many options for dining, shopping, and downtown beaches. Local Wineries and Breweries are open year-round if you are looking to grab a beer, a bottle of wine, or try a flight!
