The condo was very clean and comfortable . The location was perfect- you can walk to Front Street, through the lovely neighborhoods and lots of wonderful restaurants. We come to TC frequently, and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed.

Very nice! Great location and very clean.

This is the perfect place for walking to all of the main downtown attractions. Close drives to the wineries and very safe, clean and comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very nice. We will definitely be back again!

Winter stay

This condo is located in walking distance from downtown which is great in the summer (we also stayed in summer of 2021). We decided that it was a great location to for a winter stay due to great pricing. We drove to Boyne for a day and it an easy commute to neighboring areas you want to visit. Only tough part of this property is the parking but that is to be expected for any city location.

Perfect Couples Trip

The apartment was just as pictured, clean comfortable, and with the perfect amenities. The living area was a little smaller than I pictured, but still totally fine for a couple. Great location for walking to shopping and dining downtown. Parking ramp was convenient and secure.

Great Condo in Downtown TC

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for my wife and I on a 4 night stay in Traverse City. The location is great and within walking distance of all that downtown Traverse City has to offer. The hosts were awesome and communicated everything we needed to know about the stay. Great stay for a quick getaway

My husband and I were very happy with this condo. It was a short walk to downtown and there were a couple restaurants a very short walk away for a great meal (Firefly) or an outside drink (Parlour). Everything was newer and very clean. The bed was a very comfortable king. The only negative was we didn't find the couch comfortable at all, unless you were sitting right in the middle. Not a dealbreaker though since we were out a lot or collapsed in bed! Would definitely stay here again.
