This property was great. Location was absolutely perfect near shops, dining, bars. We walked and biked the entire week. It’s our second year visiting TC and we are ready to plan next year’s visit. Great Family Trip

The property is incredible. Super clean with new appliances and TV in the bedrooms and living room. The rooftop patio is a nice feature. The location had us 5 mins walking from the beach areas. We could hear the lake winds and waves at night on the roof. And a few minutes from Front Street shops, restaurants and breweries. It's a perfect location.

Worked perfectly. Location was great for access to downtown, restaurants, and breweries!! Unfortunately, it was winter so we didn’t get to use the third floor patio. That looked like it has a bunch of potential for a great time in the warmer months. For the winter months it a perfect location for a hot tub, hint, hint!

Great location

Its a great location. Parking in the garage is impossible if you have a SUV. There is a parking lot next to the building but the walkway is not cleared and it took a couple hours for response to know that it was there and we were not going to get towed. Lots of stairs in condo and has two full baths with two bedrooms but one in not near the 2nd bedroom so a little strange. Its on the first floor. Its clean and new. Packed in condos close to downtown.

Good location and clean. Lots of stairs! Garage only fits small vehicle. No response when messaged owner on day of arrival about where to park when our vehicle did not fit in the garage. Parked in a lot that appeared to belong to the building and woke up to a sticker slapped on the driver’s window that we could not park there. Other than that, good stay

We had a good stay, the property was very nice.. it is a short walk to downtown which is great.. The check in process is a little weird as I received no check in information.. I had to call the property host when we were at the door (thank God he answered). But prompt response with the details. The property was clean, but the bedroom floors were covered in sand… After a little housekeeping it was good to go… Very comfortable beds. The parking arrangements did now allow for anything larger than a compact vehicle but there is a parking lot to the East.. just make sure you park in the appropriate space, because they will put a towing warning on your car with adhesive that won’t come off….😡 wasn’t happy about that… overall it was a good stay.

Great location, comfortable stay

We headed to TC with some friends for a little getaway. Found Ryans place and really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, beds are super comfortable, pleanty of towels and pillows. The kitchen is stocked well and there were some travel size bathroom toiletries if you need them. The rofftop deck is nice (was just too cold this time for us to enjoy). I woke up every morning and enjoyed 5-6 miles of walking through the town, along the bay and down the neighborhood streets. Good Harbor coffee is super close for that morning jolt and Folgarellis market is just a few steps away. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, bars all within walking distance. We would hughly recommend Chefs in for sandwiches (or Folgarellis), The Cooks house for a special occasion dinner, Mama Lus for margaritas, Low Bar for intimate cocktails, and The Pub for live entertainment. The TV wouldnt stream well but we weren't in the unit long enough to care or worry about it. We would HIGHLY recommend booking Ryans place. He was quick to reply with any questions we had, the check in/out process easy and his attention to detail with comfy furniture and bedding were appreciated. We will be back.

Great Location, clean property, attention needed for several key items.

Condo was mostly as described. Great location for walking to restaurants and shopping. A/C unit is undersized for this 3-story unit. Living level comfortable, bedroom level poor ventilation in bedrooms. Gasket/seal on refrigerator door comes off every time you open the fridge. Have to monkey around with it to seal so items would stay cold. Only one fan for one bedroom....again, hot and muggy in these rooms, yet cool on the main level. Car didn't fit in the one car garage that is undersized. Towel bar missing in the bedroom level bath...nowhere to put clothes. Door to rooftop leaked bringing rain down the spiral staircase. Granted, it was a heavy rain. Had to inquire to get key codes/parking information as was not provided 3 days prior to stay. To say property management could use some improvement in dealing with people is, sadly, an understatement.
