Summary:  
This charming third-floor beachfront condo offers a prime location right on the sparkling shores of East Grand Traverse Bay. From your private patio, enjoy panoramic views of the bay and the sandy beach below. The open-concept floor plan is filled with natural light, creating a bright and inviting living space. Start your day with coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine on your private deck, all while soaking in the soothing sights and sounds of the waves. Featuring one bedroom, one bathroom, 850 square feet, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry, this condo offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.  
  
The Space:  
The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the bathroom includes a jetted tub, a separate shower, and in-unit laundry for added convenience. \*Please note that the jetted tub is designed for two-person use but cannot be fully filled for single-person use due to the hot water heater size. The living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a large-screen TV for streaming services. It also includes a pull-out sofa, providing additional sleeping space for up to 2 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation, and the private deck offers stunning water views.  
  
\*\*\* So you know - The Beachside Condos are located on a busy road. Earplugs and sound machines are provided.\*\*\*  
  
When you're ready to enjoy the outdoors, grab the provided beach towels and head to the 300-foot private sandy beach, complete with lounge chairs. Alternatively, take a dip in the newly renovated heated swimming pool or relax in the hot tub, both available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.  
  
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.  
  
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.  
  
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

Beautiful view from deck-great place to enjoy morning coffee. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool and beach were wonderful.

I didn't know what to expect but the condo was beautiful and the view off the water was amazing. I loved when you walked in the condo you are felt with peace and warmth through the place and it was stocked with everything you might need and clean.
