Best of all, start your mornings with breathtaking sunrises and enjoy swimming off the dock on the prestigious Grand Traverse Bay. Perfectly situated on M22 between Downtown Traverse City and Suttons Bay, this retreat offers an ideal mix of tranquillity and convenience. The scenic drive along M22 is one of Northern Michigan’s most beautiful coastal routes—just pull out of the driveway, and you’re on your way to stunning shoreline views. Looking for excitement? Downtown Traverse City is just a few miles south, where you’ll find a lively atmosphere filled with popular restaurants, charming boutiques, vibrant bars, and picturesque public beaches. Please note: M22 runs through the property, separating the house from the waterfront. Guests will need to cross the road to access the dock and water. The dock extends over the rocky shoreline and is accessible through the deck’s side gate. Rental Policy: \- No smoking or fireworks are permitted. \- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. \- Minimum booking age is 25. \- No pets. \- We have partnered with Safely to provide rental property damage protection for all reservations. STR License # 2026-30 Guest Access: This property features self-check-in. Check-in after 10 pm is not permitted. The resort was comfortable and very accommodating with kitchen and laundry supplies, wood for the fireplace and Beach chairs, and fun games outside. Had the best time in this very clean comfortable home. The dock and the back yard were definite favorites! Great location and very nicely stocked house. Only cons were- listing showed a twin and a queen bed in a room together. There was no twin bed in the house. Also, patio furniture cushions were submerged in water and unusable. Everything was just as advertised. We arrived and one of the smoke detectors was chirping. The property manager promptly had batteries delivered to the house. ##### Kelly L. Our VRBO was exactly what we wanted and more! First time to Traverse City and it was perfectly located in the midst of everything we wanted to do. 15 minutes to downtown, Suttons Bay and about 30 minutes to the dunes. Beautiful waterfront property with every amenity you could possibly need from putting our kayaks in on the dock to playing cards and cornhole around the fire pit on the beautiful back patio with a gorgeous landscaped yard. Management was very responsive with any of our needs. Can’t wait to go back! ##### Jillian V. The outdoor porch was in very bad shape when we got there but after contacting the property manager it got cleaned up. The backyard and driveway have several ant hills and the backyard had small beetles that were all over the table and chairs- the upstairs balcony had 2 broken rails which made it a bit unsafe- the kitchen was wonderful and stocked nicely with plenty of dishes and cooking equipment- so some things were wonderful and other things were definitely not- it almost seemed like no one had done a complete cleaning and repairs for awhile. The refrigerator died right before our trip, but it was quickly replaced and in working order. Plenty of amenities, in particular we loved the full suite of kitchen items, and beautiful views.
