It makes great use of the space and all the furniture is very comfortable. A nice view of the West Bay that’s just a block away. Just across the street is a park with pickle ball courts and a dog park. Just a short walk to multiple public beach access points and very nice water front parks. We had to call a locksmith to pick the doorknob.
