Few areas of the house had a decent layer of dust in not so obvious spots. The noise heard throughout the night and day is a tree leaning up against a electrical wire. Overall, the host was great and communication was prompt. They also brought a nice frying pan set since the frying pans were missing when we arrived. The place was very clean and the location was great despite tons of construction in TC. The kitchen was not well stocked at all (not a complete set of dishes, glasses or kitchenware in general, no hot pads, no dishwasher). The vintage cabinets are not lined which is pretty gross. Troy was very responsive to any questions we had. We explored all over from the Dunes to the peninsulas, to Grand Traverse Resort and we were close to everything. The bottle of local spirits gifted to us was a nice touch. Would stay here again! ##### amanda t. The location of this rental was perfect. Close drive to the wineries and walking distance to restaurants/bars. The rental was very clean and the 70’s theme was very fun. HIGHLY recommend staying here. When a bunch of engineers stay here - we fix things like the blinds, bathroom door & coffee table - left it in better condition then when we entered :) ##### Kara L.
