Great trip. Wineries, breweries and great city. The location of this property is really good. We walked every where. Lots to do and see. I would recommend this property to others. The only drawback back is that it’s on a busy road and a little noisy. But waking up and seeing the water was very nice.

Very clean and great location. Overall good but no smart TV we had to request a roku then had to set up on our own. Fire pit didn't work and it took several days to get the maintenance guys to fix. Also no blackout blinds so never dark in the rooms. It was surprisingly quiet for how close to the main road it was. Parking spots very small but Bay and Randolph streets had plenty of extra parking. Again great spacious property but overpriced for all of the issues we had.

#### Nice place but…

There was zero response from the host during my entire stay - yet I called and messaged multiple times. They never called back or returned a message despite being stuck outside unable to park or enter the building. The person who wrote the check in instructions has obviously never been to this building. The parking spaces are so narrow that two SUVs cannot park next to each other. Another guest was over in my space for the first two days. The pros are that the place is new, clean and comfortable. We stripped the beds, hung up the towels, ran the dishwasher and bagged up the garbage even though there is a cleaning fee. But the kicker was that there was actually a tip envelope asking for money for the cleaning person. I’m already paying for the cleaning, expected to do a list of cleaning items, and now I have to tip? Unreal. We were even asked to take the garbage outside to the dumpster- but since we didn’t know where the dumpster was, we were unable to do that. The photos of the lake were taken during the winter when there were no leaves on the trees. The actual view from the unit was the construction on 31 and you couldn’t really see the water.

Hi there - Overall we enjoyed the condo and we have always loved Traverse. Some basic feedback on the place overall. I’d say it was definitely missing small amenities. I had to go out and purchase soap, shampoo and laundry detergent for our stay. Plus basic things like salt and pepper, etc. We have stayed at plenty of VRBOs and have always had the basics supplied. There was literally no hand soap and soap for the shower would have never lasted the stay. Finally the parking wasn’t ideal at all. The parking spots can barely fit an SUV and a full size truck was next to me and he had to park on the street. Again, small items that have an easy fix. Thanks so much, Dawn
