The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, which is accessible via a separate staircase. Both halves of the house belong to the family. The total property area is approximately 1,000 square metres, of which about 500 square metres are dedicated to the animals, including aviaries.

The comfortable bedroom features a double bed that can also be separated into two single beds. A spacious wardrobe with a mirrored door and a chest of drawers are provided.
A cot and a guest bed can be provided.

A stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher, as well as dishes, pots, and cake and casserole pans, are provided.
