  • Beautiful, thatched sauna and bicycle storage room are located in the garden semi-detached house "Heide", surrounded by trees and fields. 1.5 km from the centre of Karlshagen, on the outskirts, 8 km from the centre of Wolgast, 10 km from the centre of Zinnowitz, 1.5 km from the sea. For shared use: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 250 m, bus stop 150 m, sandy beach 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km.
    3-room semi-detached house 55 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 sofabeds. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Parking (1 car). Sehr schönes Haus

Uns hat die ruhige und naturnahe Lage an dem benachbarten Biotop besonders gut gefallen, die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet, die Außenanlage in einem exzellenten Pflegezustand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super genieten op een prachtige locatie

Het huis is superschoon en staat in een mooi rustige omgeving, goed verzorgde tuin. Parkeren op eigen terrein met hek. Mooi uitvalsbasis om per fiets naar het dorp, strand en naastgelegen dorpen te gaan. Bij aankomst hartelijk ontvangen door de beheerder die alles duidelijk heeft uitgelegd. Het huis heeft horren voor de ramen, wat heel fijn was tijdens ons verblijf (muggen in de avond). Qua prijs-kwaliteit is het bed niet comfortabel. Voor deze prijsklasse is een boxspring op zijn plaats.

Sehr erholsam, entschleunigend!

Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt auf Usedom und im Haus Heide. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht! Es wird von Herrn A. super betreut und ist in sehr gutem Zustand! Besonders genossen haben wir die langen abendlichen Spaziergänge am Strand von Karlshagen. Der Kontakt mit Herrn A. war sehr angenehm!

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral. Das Ambiente malerisch. Das Reetdach-Haus mit schönem Garten ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Haus ist ok und gepflegt. Gewöhnungsbedürftig Schlafzimmer im OG, Bad mit Toilette im EG. Scheint aber in vielen Häusern dort so üblich zu sein. Lage unmittelbar an einem großen Biotop/Krötenteich. Der Lärm war vor allem in der Nacht unerträglich, schlafen bei offenem Fenster unmöglich. Im Mai/Juni ist wohl Paarungszeit. Das Schlafzimmerfenster zeigt direkt zum Teich.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr schönes, gepflegtes Grundstück. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber und vieles wirkt wie neu. Der Hausverwalter sehr nett, engagiert und entgegenkommend. Leider hat das Wetter die Terrassennutzung und das Grillen verhindert. Ich komme wieder! Ich möchte die schöne Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Ich würde meinen Freunden und Bekannten das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Weiterhin gab es auf dem Grundstück ein separates Häuschen mit Sauna. Auch eine abschließbare Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder war vorhanden. Wir wurden von einem sehr freundlichen Hausmeister empfangen. Wir kommen gern mal wieder

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Kalrshagen würden sie aber bitten den Hausstand um ein paar Dinge zu erweitern. (Mikrowelle eine ganz normale Kaffeemaschine und ein paar Hake für Handtücher im Bad Eierkocher und eine Brotmaschine ebenfalls) Das wir das Feriendomiziel tipp topp verlassen und noch die Betten abziehen müssen finden wir schon etwas seltsam. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich abseits der Hauptverkehrsstraße nach Karlshagen. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Reeddach, auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück mit gepflegtem Rasen. Zimmer, Küche und Bad durchweg gefliest und komfortabel eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Zu jeder Zeit ansprechbarer netter Hausmeister.
