For shared use: property 700 m2 (fenced) with lawn. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises, public parking 230 m. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 250 m, bus stop "Trassenheide, Friedhof" 400 m, sandy beach 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Marina 2.5 km.  
"Muschelnest", 3-room semi-detached house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Gas heating. Terrace 8 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
