Private: natural state property 2'500 m2, meadow. 50 m long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Ruhige Oase

Toll zum Erholen & Geniessen für 2 Personen mit Hund! 15min nach Cannero Riviera runter. Sehr unkomplizierter, freundlicher Vermieter. Zu empfehlen für alle, die Ruhe und Natur mögen. Einzig der Grill vor Ort ist nicht optimal.

Tolle Lage, alles da, was man braucht

Ich war Mitte Oktober da und habe leider den Herbsteinbruch erwischt. Dafür ist das Häusschen allerdings nicht ausgelegt - obwohl Heizungen eingebaut sind, habe ich in den Innenräumen nur Temperaturen von 17 bis 18 Grad erreicht. Ansonsten toll: ohne Schnickschnack, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, für meine Bedürfnisse (ich bin Malerin) perfekt. Der Blick: unbezahlbar. Und super nette & hilfsbereite Vermieter - mit einem Online-Übersetzer ist auch eine Verständigung möglich ;-)

Oase imGrünen mit Traumblick

Das Ferienhäuschen Baita Checc an den Westhängen des Lago Maggiore liegt ruhig und umgeben von Natur und hat einen fantastischen Ausblick. Man kann direkt vom Haus loswandern. Es hat alles, was man benötigt und es gibt ausreichend Stauraum für die eigenen Utensilien ( fand ich persönlich besonders angenehm ). Für die Empfindlichen unter uns möchte ich anmerken, dass es in der direkten Nachbarschaft eine Luft- Wärmepumpe gibt, welche jede!!! Nacht in Betrieb war :-(

Abgelegen, aber mit grandiosem Blick

Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Auf der Terrasse und im Garten sind genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Wir hatten ein bisschen Pech mit dem Wetter, es war relativ kalt. Um zum Haus zu kommen muss man 8 km sehr kurvige und enge Straßen hoch fahren. Die Ruhe und Aussicht ist das aber wert.

Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf See

Diese Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist zwar abseits des Sees, bietet dafür enorme Ruhe, viele Wandermöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Geschäfte in erreichbarer Nähe. Innenausstattung top!

Schöner Urlaub

Einfache Ausstattung, alles gut sauber, hier und da könnte was repariert werden, Bett ist bequem, sehr schönes und naturbelassenes Grundstück mit Seesicht, man fühlt sich wohl. Das Haus ist für 2 Personen geeignet, für Menschen die Ruhe suchen oder wandern gehen wollen. Auch gut für Hundebesitzer, Grundstück ist jedoch nicht eingezäunt. Es gibt einen Nachbarn (Ferienhaus). Vermieter ist nett und unkompliziert, aber spricht ausschließlich italienisch. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut!

Paradijsplek!

Wat een uniek mooie plek met een onbeschrijflijk mooi uitzicht!! Het omhoog rijden vanaf het meer is iedere keer weer een genot, als je van stijle bergweggetjes houdt. Wij zaten met zn tweeen en de hond in het huis en daarvoor is het uitermate geschikt. Het huisje zelf is keurig netjes! Een aanrader!

Fantastische plek met prachtig uitzicht!

Kronkelend weggetje naar boven. Zeer aardige gastheer en mevrouw. Klein huisje van alles voorzien. Mooie, ruime tuin met prachtig uitzicht. Volkomen in de rust. Alles was schoon en netjes. Het enige minpuntje was de slaapbank, niet al te comfortabel: voor 2 personen te klein en erg stoffig.

Ruhige Tage in absoluter Abgeschiedenheit

Eine absolute Topadresse, wenn man Ruhe zum entspannen braucht! Einfach eingerichtet, jedoch alles was man braucht. Tolle Aussicht auf den See! Die Vermieter sprechen nur italienisch, der Wasserdruck zum duschen ist sehr gering, die Anfahrt ist sehr abenteuerlich und nur für geländegängige Fahrzeuge möglich.

Schitterend uitzicht

Heel mooi gelegen met schitterend uitzicht op het Lago Maggiore! En heerlijk rustig gelegen. Houd er wel rekening mee dat het huis hoog op de berg ligt waarvan de weg smal en soms steil loopt. De aanduiding Baita Checc is slecht. Na het laatste dorp is het nog ca 1,5 km omhoog en dan aan de linkerzijde ligt het huis. Het bord hangt aan een boom die zelf weer slecht zichtbaar is. De ligging vergoed alles!!

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft. Genügend Platz für 2 Personen mit Hund. Toller Blick auf den See, ein wenig Kurverei bis zum Ziel aber kein Problem. In ca. 15 min. wieder runter nach Cannero.

Schöner Ausblick

Der Ausblick auf den See ist toll, das Haus ist für 2 Personen super. Leider muss man jedes Mal, wenn man irgendwo hinfahren möchte, circa 25 Minuten einrechnen, um den sehr steilen Berg herunterzufahren. Die Verständigung mit dem Schlüsselhalter war nur durch Zeichensprache möglich. Leute mit Kindern oder Hunden sollten darauf achten, dass ein Mountainbikeweg direkt über das Grundstück führt, was gefährlich werden kann.

Die Lage ist doch schon ganz schön weit weg von so ziemlich allen Möglichkeiten, was nicht an den Kilometern liegt, sondern an den Straßen zur Unterkunft.

De ligging van de woning was zonder meer fantastisch, enig minpuntje was de toegangsweg ernaar toe vanuit Cannero. en heel smalle weg bergop, waar op sommige plekken auto's elkaar niet kunnen passeren. Echter eenmaal aangekomen vergoed het uitzicht een heleboel.

Urlaub hoch oben

Die Wohnräume waren ordentlich und gepflegt, die Küche gut bestückt . Leider war die Bettwäsche sehr muffig . Das Grundstück wurde ursprünglich mit viel liebe gestaltet, die Putzarbeiten müssten jedoch jetzt mal erneuert werden. Der Schlüsselhalter war sehr nett, es wäre aber von Vorteil gewesen wenn eine deutsche oder englische Kommunikation möglich gewesen wäre.

Eenvoudig maar praktisch ingericht. Alles in perfecte staat! Reistips: Cannero Rivièra is zowat het mooiste stadje aan het meer.

Vrij nieuw huisje, veel privacy en een geweldig uitzicht.

Leuk huisje met betegelde veranda en voldoende tuinmeubilair. Ruime slaapkamer met 2 opgemaakte bedden met pocketvering. Deze zijn aan de stevige kant. Verder een 2p. slaapbank in de kamer maar ook nog 2 bedden op het zoldertje. Je kunt daar met een ladder komen maar het is wel erg laag. Prima keuken met goede oven. Geen vaatwasser maar wel een handig droogrek in een bovenkastje. Houtkachel, maar voor een klein kratje hout betaal je €8. Gas voor de cv kost €5,50 per kuub. Daarnaast betaal je nog een vergoeding voor dagelijks gebruik van water, stroom en gas voor koken en douchen (plm. €1,20 p.p.p.d.). Er is ook een elektrisch kacheltje. Buren zijn er eigenlijk niet. Verderop staat een huisje dat verbouwd wordt. Fantastisch uitzicht over het meer en heel veel privacy. De weg naar het huis toe is erg steil en smal. Vanaf Cannero Rivièra is het zo’n 7,5 km. de berg op. Huisvuil moet gescheiden in containers worden aangeboden, deze staan op vele plekken langs de weg. Er is geen WiFi en er is niet veel bereik voor data. Gewoon bellen lukt wel.
