"We checked in and after seeing the state of the hotel, we checked out right away. The place was filthy. The beds were dirty, the rooms were small, the photos online are deceiving. The furniture in the foyer was stained with rips. Outside the doors, many people were smoking and looked intoxicated; my children and I did not feel safe. When I spoke to the front desk, their answer was « no comment »."

"Clean room, clean pool area, decent breakfast. Room didn't have carpet and the couch was very uncomfortable. We were on the second floor and you could really hear the people in the room above walking around"

"The proximity to the mall was well worth it but it is clear it's an old building. The walls are paper thin and we had someone stomping above us at 2am and then again at 6am in the morning. You can hear everything. The continental breakfast was not worth it. But the staff tried to be helpful and they were very friendly. The hotel was clean but slightly run down. It was very convenient being so close to the mall."

"For convenience of location to be able to shop, see shows, swim, skate, and all dining experience it is excellent .However walls are paper thin and elevators for the past couple of times we stayed seems to be a problem with longer wait times."
