"Location was great, minutes away from shopping, restaurants and West Ed mall. Presidential suite was spacious and clean, and staff were friendly and very helpful. Would probably stay here again."

"I will not book through Expedia for my next stay. That way I might have avoided being on the same floor as the hockey teams. I needed a quieter stay and not the sound of young people having fun with their friends in the hallways into the late evening. The hotel service was excellent. Breakfast was busy but the staff was friendly and hard working. The food was fresh and hot. I would stay here again. Just would book directly with the hotel. "

"My overall experience was good but one front desk personnel could be more friendlier. The hotel can't do much about this, but there was a very large group staying with kids who ran up and down my hallway spilling ice and knocking on my colleague's door and just being loud kids until midnight...I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Great for short stays...not a lot of food options in walking distance."
