A cosy 60-square-meter apartment in Trani, ideal for 3 people, located on the ground floor of a building without an lift. Overlooking the harbour, it offers a breathtaking view. Situated in an excellent and convenient location, perfect for exploring the city. Trani is a charming city, famous for its cathedral by the sea, its picturesque marina, and its historic streets. It’s ideal for those seeking a relaxing and cultural holiday.



The interior layout is as follows:



- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, oven, kitchen utensils, dining table, and split A/C;

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, and split A/C;

- BEDROOM I (loft) with a double bed;

- BEDROOM II (loft) with a single bed;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, split-system air conditioning (one unit in the living room and one in the kitchen), clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an lift—the apartment is located on the second floor.

There is one step to access the kitchen.

The bedrooms are on a loft—please be careful if travelling with children.

The fireplace is NOT operational.

We would like to inform our guests that the route to the apartment is pedestrian-only. Additionally, the area borders Trani’s restricted traffic zone (ZTL)—please exercise caution when driving.



The entire property is available to guests.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trani Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.

Trani is a charming town overlooking the Adriatic Sea, dating back to the Norman era, when Frederick II of Swabia made it one of his main coastal fortresses. The town offers stunning natural scenery and monuments rich in art and history. The marina is a marvel, dotted with traditional fishing boats and dominated by the town’s symbol, the magnificent Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, built with the distinctive local stone and towering over the seascape. Also not to be missed is a visit to the Swabian Castle, dating back to 1230 and, together with the Cathedral, a highlight of the city, visible from the sea.
