5/5 Excellent
"We stayed for 2 nights and loved this hotel. The rooms were great and had the best Ocean view.
Taking a ferry from the check in building to the hotel was an interesting experience.
The hotel is huge with lots of dining options. We tried the dinner buffet one night, the service and food choice was really good.
The next night we tried the ala la carte menu at a different restaurant. Both the times we found the food a bit bland but that’s probably because we are used to having spicier food on a daily basis.
We took a day ferry from the hotel and all the arrangements were done very well from booking to car transfer to the boat, etc.
The service by everyone was excellent!
Will definitely return to this resort if I visit Ha Long again."

A specific mention to Mr Benjamin at the front desk who is really kind and helpful for finding specific locations. Thanks also to Mrs Lin at the front desk too. The view from the room at the 18th floor is amazing "
