The rooms need to be upgraded we have stayed there for the last 8 years. And the carpet needs to be replaced. And with other hotels of that caliber the beds are pretty hard. But the breakfast is really good hotel staff is always friendly and curtious it’s one of the nicer hotels in Hai Phong.
