Check out was smooth and good. I was able to check out early and was given a refund with a small cancelation feel. I mistakenly reserved a smoking room which was my mistake but I was unable to change the room due to no vacancies. Amenities were very good and the room was comfortable for the price. It was conveniently located and near the main station.

お部屋が広くてよかったです。スタッフさんの応対も優しくてよかったです。衛生面ではお風呂の縁の汚れ等気になったりお湯が抜けなかったり、空気清浄機が清掃ランプが、ついていたりエアコンが少し臭かったりは気になりました。連泊したのですが清掃はきれいにしていただいて、子どもが喜んでいました。またよろしくお願い致します。
