The location was great . The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on avoid level 2 room 8 . It was as hard as a rock , perhaps reception could have mattress toppers on hand should you need it which would have made all the difference from a good stay to a great stay .

Great location and amenities. Room looked as though it had water leaks at some point. Carpet stained in patches and smelt musky. Everything else was very good and well appointed.

The room wasn’t very clean. The carpet was stained and the wall was dirty. These things could easily be rectified. The door handles were worn. The size of the apartment was good and we enjoyed having two bathrooms for two bedrooms.

Hotel Vine Stay

Stay was ok the apartment needs some attention carpet was stained, the walls had marks and dents in the kitchen area, the shower door requires some adjustment. The dining table was also in need of replacement. Apartment otherwise was comfortable enough and in a handy position to the city, restaurants close by were great would be an ideal location to stay and go to watch the Townsville Cowboys play a match easy walking distance.

The picture in the website showed quite a nice good sized room.. The room was extremely small, I’d say snout 3m x 3.5n .. tiny! The only saving grace was it WAS clean.. but I will never stay there again.
