There is a private barn and workshop located across the driveway from the home and a private home further up the drive. The area immediately around the home is what you will have access to. This is the first of many planned rental cabins in this family-friendly gated community, so there could be construction happening around the surrounding properties during normal business hours. Please be aware, cellphone service in the mountains can be very limited. If you are unable to get service at the Welcome House, once you are connected to the network, you have the option of turning on your Wi-Fi calling. Please be aware that you may have to check with your provider to enable this service. This is a gated home. The roads leading to the home are paved. The gate entrance and driveway is gravel. Driveway is moderately steep, it can accommodate 3 vehicles in the drive and 1-2 in the additional lower parking area. Terms & Additional Fees: In addition to the platform’s terms, a signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Please note that failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. Depending on your booking method, we may also require a copy of a government-issued ID and confirmation of the last four digits of the credit card on file. Violations of agreement terms and house rules are subject to additional fines. Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows: \>> Parties and events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Violations of this rule are subject to the following fees: $1,500 event fee, $300 trash removal fee, $500 refundable damage deposit. \>> No pets allowed. Unauthorized animals are subject to a $500 fee per animal. \>> $500 or portion thereof for every 4 hrs of unauthorized late checkout. \>> Max occupancy: 10\. A $150/person/day, or portion thereof, fee applies for unauthorized guests not registered with the booking or exceeding the occupancy limit. \>> Smoking or vaping in the property is prohibited. A $500 fee applies for smoking and/or order removal due to smoke or otherwise. \>> The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or portion thereof for staff hours) for replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered by damage waiver, stains, bedbug treatment, technical support, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with equipment (pool \[a crime\], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors and extinguishers), failure to return keys/passes/fobs, failure to keep pool gates and doors secured, extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar acts and omissions. \>> $500+ for plumbing misuse, including flushing anything other than toilet paper. All properties operate on septic, please only flush toilet paper. Code compliance with local noise ordinances is required. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. The maximum number of vehicles that may park in this location is: 3 Failure to comply with house rules or agreement terms may result in immediate removal from the property and cancellation of the remainder of the reservation. In such cases, the guest will not be entitled to a partial or full refund. Cancellations and date changes are not permitted outside of the cancellation window, including for personal emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen events. The whole cabin was very clean, most that we've stayed at were not. It was well supplied with the basic needs and the beds were clean and oh so comfortable. The kitchen was nice and clean and pleasant to cook a few meals in. The big screen tvs helped us unwind in the evenings along with the pool table and the comfortable outside seating. The hot tub looked nice as well but we didn't take time to use it. The single level with no stairs was a nice change as well. It was easy to locate and close to the quilt fest in Pigeon Forge and Cades Cove. Overall we give this cabin 2 thumbs up and 5 stars with the cleanliness being the most impressive. ##### Lynette F. In checking into Stayla, I decided to go with it based on how established they were. And I am sure glad I did! The property was perfectly situated just far enough off the main drag in Townsend to where you didn't have nearly anyone driving by, but just close enough to where you can get to things easily. When we first got to the house, it had just gotten dark. The interior and exterior was lit up in a very welcoming way. The pictures were found to not even do the place justice. The house is so well appointed and had absolutely everything. I've traveled a lot, but this is by far the best place I have ever stayed. I cant even begin to explain just how great every room inside this place was and it far exceeded every expectation I had. The Jacuzzi outside and the patio were great to come home to in the evening after a few long days of being out and about in the area. If I could imagine a dream house to live in for the rest of my life, this would be it. Highly recommend!!!! ##### Chris K.
