"The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. "The location was great, very close to town but still felt secluded and private. The cabin was nice. Loved the back porch hottub. Dishes were provided and the furniture was in good condition. I would have left a higher rating if not for the following complaints:The bedspread and mattress protecter were sour smelling and needed to be rewashed when we arrived. The jets on the indoor jacuzzi tub did not turn on after filling the tub. The toilet makes a high pitched screaming sound after flushing. "
