Wooden construction paired with large windows make the entire cabin extremely bright during the day and create a gorgeous ambiance that will stay with you long after your leave. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ Our cabin features five spacious bedrooms, all of which offer every comfort you need after a day adventuring through the natural settings of the Great Smoky Mountains. All bedrooms are equipped with premium pillows and linens and nightstands with reading lamps. The primary suite is located on the main level and features a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is situated on the main level and boasts a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom (our tree-house view room) is also on the main level and has some of our favorite scenic views. This bedroom will be sharing a bathroom with bedroom two. There is no television in this bedroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are on the lower level and have king bedrooms. These rooms share a bathroom on the lower level. There are no in-room TVs within these two bedrooms; however, there is a large smart TV in the game room lounge area located directly outside of these bedrooms. The lofted children's area is on the third level and has two sets of bunks, both twin-sized, perfect for any youngsters or singles in your group. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are four full bathrooms in total, one located on each level of the cabin and two on the main level. All are stocked with fresh towels and hairdryers. Toiletries are often there; however, we do not provide individually packaged toiletries. Please BYO toiletries! ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ Sure to please the chef(s) in your group, the kitchen is well-stocked with all of the tools and essentials for preparing top-notch meals. Modern appliances include a microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer with a water and ice dispenser, dishwater, a toaster, a blender, and a coffee maker. In addition, you’ll also find trays, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans. We have a conduction stovetop which requires SPECIAL cooking pots and pans. Please use those provided for you. The dining table is next to the kitchen with seating for ten as well as an additional seating for four along the kitchen counter. ☆☆ LIVING ROOM + LOFT ☆☆ The open concept living room is the heartbeat of the home and features beautiful wood and a gorgeous stone fireplace. After a day adventuring, relax by the fireplace, enjoy our comfortable sofas, and catch up on your favorite shows on the Smart TV (if you can keep your eyes away from those amazing VIEWS). This spacious room features two luxury sofas, a coffee table. There's also access to the outdoor deck through the patio doors. If your group can’t agree on what to watch, the bottom floor game lounge has a Smart TV with a cozy seating area to cater for those moments. There’s also several dedicated desks for remote working - one in the kitchen, one in the primary suite, and one in our tree house room. ☆☆ GAME ROOM ☆☆ Come down to the lowest level to the fun game room, where you can partake in various entertaining activities. Be careful though - you’ll likely lose track of time down here! This property was beautiful and well suited for our large group! We really enjoyed the views from the balcony, the fire pit area, and the hot tub outside as well. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and it was well outfitted. There were a few minor inconveniences or items not working properly but nothing overly concerning or can’t be fixed. We love Townsend and the surrounding area and will plan to be back soon. ##### Allison V. We were excited about the stay per the pictures and the description, but we were blown away by it all upon arrival. It was all so beautiful!! Best views of the mountains. So many nice details about the place that made our stay easier. Loved the king beds in all the rooms. The house is pretty high up in the smoky mountains. The drive up there is very steep but the location of the house is very nice with a great view of the mountains. Also beware of bears. The cabin feels private with breathtaking vistas but is close to many adventure filled attractions. Easy to get to from the Knoxville airport. Equal distance to major areas for entertainment like Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinberg. The cabin itself is gorgeous with a beautiful large kitchen and family room, comfy king size beds, and spacious bathrooms. The loft space and video game console were the kids favorite part! The living room couches were so deep and low that they were uncomfortable for seating. No seating faced the TV. The sun room bedroom has no hooks in the back of the door to hang clothes. But there were bedbugs in one of the downstair bedrooms, and severe shortages in kitchen equipment (no collander of sufficient size for pasta, knives were dull, and the frying pans were completely worn out). The online pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was clean and the location was great. We spent a lot of our stay in the home as we had everything we needed. We cooked every day and we gathered in the living area and watched movies one night. We utilized every inch of the space.The home is updated with cabin decor which is the best of both worlds. We loved it! There are plenty of dishes so leave yours at home! The owner was attentive and available to us when questions arose. We appreciated that greatly! This home is definitely accommodating for all ages. There were only a few cons: Everyone was hot during their sleep at night. The thermostat was set and couldn’t be adjusted. I did reach out to the owner and was advised that was the temperature it was set at. This was an inconvenience but we endured The upstairs loft bathroom leaked through onto the kitchen floor. The owner was made aware and she stated she would get with her plumber THE DRIVEWAY INCLINE…OMG….that scared everyone. Being from Louisiana, this was something to get use to. The view was amazing and the back deck was a wonderful place to take it in. The beds were very comfortable and living areas were very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and worked for our large multi family group. The host was very responsive to any needs that arose. Location was excellent. We saw a bear 10 minutes after we arrived! Close to all the amenities of this charming mountain town. Communication with the owner was a breeze and she was always quick to respond. For example, we had no idea about where the community pool was and how to access it. In the primary bath, the towel rack in the shower was just propped up and needs to be repaired. We found a dirty sock in the cushions of a chair. The jets on the hot tub stopped after about 10 minutes. Overall, it is a lovely home, and I would return. ##### Beth F. Very homey. The place had everything we needed. There are so many beds and they had the most comfortable beds and blending. The driveway was super steep, I think that was the only not so great thing. The best part of this house was the top deck. The views were gorgeous. Overall highly recommend this place to stay. There are even Heated toilet seats and bidets. For the people that want to watch TV, the TVs are way too high and very uncomfortable to watch. We suggest adding a small fire table to deck for when you don’t want to deal with the fire pit around the corner of the house.
