My elderly parents stayed at this hotel after a long drive and were extremely disappointed by the experience. The room was dirty, smelled unpleasant, had stained furniture, dirty windows, and an overall unclean and poorly maintained appearance. The outside view and surrounding area were also very unpleasant.
When they went to the front desk to politely explain the issues and ask for assistance, they felt dismissed and treated disrespectfully by staff. Rather than showing concern or attempting to resolve the problem professionally, their concerns were not taken seriously, which made the situation even more upsetting.
As senior citizens, they were simply looking for a clean and comfortable place to rest for the night, but instead left feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and disrespected. The overall experience did not reflect the level of cleanliness, professionalism, or hospitality expected from a Holiday Inn property.
Management should take guest concerns more seriously, especially when it comes to room cleanliness and respectful customer service. Very disappointing experience overall."
