"Overall, I found this hotel to be OK but leaning towards mediocricity. Several issues: 1) When checking in, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed distracted with other things. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. "Lovely hotel in a very convenient location with the metro only 5 minutes walk. The rooftop pool is amazing to cool down after a day exploring the city. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet as we found the price a bit too expensive as we would only have coffee and a pastry. The staff were all nice, polite and helpful. I would happily stay here again."
