The staff and in particular the reception staff were excellent. They were particularly helpful when we neede help with a problem with our hire car. I can highly commend them for the service they provided to my family in a difficult situation.

We had a very pleasant stay here for a couple of nights whilst exploring central Toulouse. Just a couple of minutes walk from the Place du Capitole, and a good base for walking around the city. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful (& multi-lingual!) : there is a small breakfast area close to reception where you can enjoy a continental breakfast. No restaurant, but plenty of places to eat & drink nearby. Our room was comfortable & clean ; there is a (small) lift accessing the upper floors. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, although the works did not bother us. Wifi included.

Arrived about 7:30 pm after exhausting flight with long layover, GPS took us right to an old building with intimidating looking gate. Inn keeper was waiting with friendly lab puppy, room was huge with brand new bathroom and gorgeous antiques, comfortable king four poster bed. She recommended a great restaurant 15 minutes away in Grenade. The included Breakfast was excellent and homemade, yoghurt, 6 kinds of local jam, bread, croissants, cake, milk, juice cereal, coffee. She gave us a map of the area with a tour book for our drive in the countryside the next day, and beer out of her fridge to drink in the pool and hot tub when we came back. Home made foie gras and roast lamb for dinner a reasonable $22 euros, including wine, four course meal, coffee. Best bargain of our two week trip to France, very homey and wonderful setting.

Very handy to Blagnac airport. Ideal stop when coming in late or on a long motorway journey. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. There was no noise either from planes or the freeway in the bedroom. I would use it again

New building, all good. a bit of a walk to town centre but handy to Metro, and tram , in quiet part of town.

For a standard business hotel it's clean, good size rooms, comfortable beds, has a small gym and is particularly handy for the airport. I think it is better than other airport hotels in Toulouse.
