Discover this studio with hotel-style amenities for your tourist or business stays. Its location is ideal for visiting the city on foot or for accessing public transport, making it easy to get around. The main tourist attractions are just a few minutes' walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the area.

    The layout of the apartment is as follows
    - A living/bedding area with a queen-size bed (160x200), for which we provide bed linen, bath towels and household linen. A flat-screen TV, a closet, a sitting area with armchair and coffee table, and a work desk.
    - A fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, etc.) and dining area for two.
    - A bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and toilet. A hairdryer is at your disposal as well as ironing equipment.

    - Welcome kit:
    On your arrival, you'll find a small welcome kit in the apartment, including a few coffee pods and tea bags for your first breakfast, shower gel/shampoo and kitchen condiments.

Le Chaland This apartment was perfect for our three night stay in Toulouse. Very clean and had everything we could need. I stayed inside for the first day of our trip because I had work and with the window open it was lovely. We had some difficulty finding the right apartment and the bathroom door didn't shut fully but enough that we had privacy and once we had figured out which was the right apartment it was a fantastic stay, perfect walking distance from everything. Would definitely stay again! :)

Quelques bémols sur la forte humidité et l'usure causée par ce contexte, ainsi que la fenêtre qui ne donne pas sur l'extérieur mais sur les voisins, limitant l'entrée de lumière. Mais tout cela se rééquilibre avec l'efficacité et le professionnalisme de l'agence qui a su nous dépanner rapidement et répondre à nos besoins."

Le Chaland El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente. La plaza de parking que ofrece es muy útil, pues aparcar en la calle en la zona es complicado. Tranquilo y silencioso. Sin embargo, hay dos aspectos a mejorar. Por una parte, las almohadas eran incómodas (básicamente cojines con poco relleno). En segundo lugar, hacía mucho calor, y el ventilador era pequeño y con funcionamiento deficiente. Ambos puntos afectan a que el descanso sea agradable. Recomendamos al anfitrión solucionar estos aspectos para mejorar la estancia de los próximos huéspedes.

L’appartement est très agréable, refait à neuf et très propre. Les équipements inclus sont très appréciables pour un séjours. En revanche un petit problème d’humidité est présent mais rien de dérangeant pour le séjour. Agence au top, je recommande fortement !"

Que el código para acceder te lo envíen a la hora de la llegada tampoco ayuda, lo podrían enviar al menos el día antes... Le Chaland "🙂 Lo unico bueno era la ubicación y que tenía parking incluido muy cerca. 🙁 El apartamento estaba extremadante sucio. Al llegar, nos llevamos la sorpresa de encontrar el edredon de la cama y el suelo lleno de moscas muertas. Tambien habia moscas vivas volando y por las paredes. Por el dinero que pagamos era imperdonable. Como llegamos a las 10 de la noche, tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros mismos (no ibamos a dormir rodeados de moscas). Nos quejamos y pedimos un reembolso. Al dia siguiente recibimos la llamada de la agencia que podian mandar a alguien a limpiar, pero que no iban a proporcionarnos ningun reembolso. Ya no hizo falta que vinieran a recoger las moscas porque ya lo habiamos hecho nosotros. Fuera de las moscas, tampoco es que estuviera muy limpio (estanterias llenas de polvo etc.) en fin....que segun mi experiencia, no fue recomendable."

Alojamiento correcto y limpio. 🙁 Costó localizar exactamente la ubicación del lugar. El problema es que si pasas por delante con coche y quieres volver, hay que dar una vuelta importante. No hay espacio para descargar maletas cerca. El parking está muy cerca, pero la tarjeta para el parking está en la habitación por lo que has de meter el coche una vez has entrado en la habitación y después de retirarlo has de volver a dejar la tarjeta."

Le Chaland L'appartement est situé à proximité du centre. Petit studio, lumineux, calme, propre. Il y a un parking. Il y a toutes les commodités, commerces, bars, restaurants. 5 minutes de la gare. Je recommande!!!
