Warm and bright, it is ideally located in the Saint-Sernin district in the hyper centre of Toulouse. This area is very pleasant to live in, close to transport, shops and especially the large Place du Capitole, accessible in 4 minutes on foot.
You will have a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with dressing room and a shower room.

Located on the second floor, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Brilliant location
We stayed for a week in early May. The location if perfect as it is a three minute walk to the main square and very easy to walk to all the main sights, bars and restaurants. Once inside the apartment, it is clean and very well maintained with a good size living room and bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has high end fittings with an excellent shower. The bedroom has large mirrored wardrobes with a huge amount of hanging space and plenty of hangers plus drawers for foldable clothes. The agency responsible, Cocoonr, were very responsive with excellent communication. The only thing that is a little concerning is the entrance to the flat is by two flights of stairs as there is no lift. The stairwell is in a poor state of repair and there were structural supports all along the stairwell. The WiFi was not working when we arrived but the agency sent someone the next day who fixed it but could not get the TV to work. Also, the washing machine was out of order during our stay.

Appartement très bien équipé et décoré, chambre spacieuse, emplacement idéal non loin de la place du capitole et de la basilique Saint Sernin. Un parc pour enfants est situé à quelques mètres de l'appartement. Nous avons également apprécié les cafés en bas de l'immeuble. Le concierge était également très aimable et l'accueil par celui-ci était de qualité. Les points négatifs : pas de matelas dans le lit bébé, canapé/fauteuil bourrés de poussière et immeuble très insécurisant avec des étais qui tenaient littéralement la cage d'escalier toute fissurée. Pas très rassurant et aucune information de la part de la conciergerie sur le sujet malgré mes questions.
