The villa is ideally located just 10 minutes by car from everything: Magaud and Méjean coves, Mourillon beaches, Garonne beach in Pradet, close to shops, restaurants, and Toulon city center. Plus, you can explore the surrounding area: Giens Peninsula, Porquerolles, Port Cros, Bandol, Sanary, Cassis calanques. Saint-Tropez is just 1 hour 10 minutes away. This 170m² single-family villa in Toulon/Var is a haven of peace and tranquility. With its 80m² terrace and 600m² garden, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a private parking for up to 4 cars. You'll feel completely at home in this spacious and bright villa, which features: A triple living room with a lounge, dining area, and fully equipped American kitchen (fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle).
