"Friendly lady in the reception/shop which was nice. The lodge was big and modern only let down by dirty carpets( various stains), dining room chairs and the settee. We also found the mattresses to soft. We didn’t complain as we were only there 3 nights but any longer then would be worth checking these things are sorted before booking. Good location, park nice and quiet."

"Our stay was very good staff were very efficient and friendly rooms were spotless food was very good all freshly cooked. The bar maid could talk for England and kept us entertained. Bless her overall very nice experience Would highly recommend"

"Highly recommend lovely accommodation, clean,welcoming , amazing welcome pack, hot tub was a nice addition. The garden is amazing. A very quiet safe area with great access to the attractions the area has to offer."

"Highly recommended this hotel the room was clean and comfortable, but I would say if you have issues with stairs request a lower floor. The staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you. We had dinner at the hotel, great food and plentiful, the same with breakfast. The bar was good as well, old and had character. Great stay. Will definitely stay again."
