About this property

South Devon Holiday Home near gorgeous beaches

  • Lovely modern family house near the gorgeous beaches of South Devon. Located in the South Hams, our welcoming and spacious home is perfect for family gatherings or a trip away with friends. Located on a beautiful, quiet private estate with 18 acres of shared grounds to enjoy. Local beaches, towns and villages all a short drive away. Allocated parking on site, Wifi, towels and bed linen provided. One well behaved dog welcome.

    Our 3 bedroom house is set in the 18 acre Fallapit Estate where you are able to enjoy the beautifully kept shared grounds and where it it is paradise for children to run around. There is a lake with a pontoon to sit and enjoy a quite drink or chat with friends and plenty of woodland and walks to explore around the site. The modern barn conversions are perfectly located within easy reach of a number of gorgeous Southern Devon beaches with South Milton, Bantham, Thurleston, Slapton Sands, Beesands and Salcombe all about a 20 minute drive away.
