Located in the South Hams, our welcoming and spacious home is perfect for family gatherings or a trip away with friends. Located on a beautiful, quiet private estate with 18 acres of shared grounds to enjoy. Local beaches, towns and villages all a short drive away. Allocated parking on site, Wifi, towels and bed linen provided. One well behaved dog welcome. Our 3 bedroom house is set in the 18 acre Fallapit Estate where you are able to enjoy the beautifully kept shared grounds and where it it is paradise for children to run around. There is a lake with a pontoon to sit and enjoy a quite drink or chat with friends and plenty of woodland and walks to explore around the site. A true home from home with high quality furnishings and equipment. I visited with my partner, my mum and her dog plus my daughter and there was plenty of space for us all in the spacious property. The acoustics aren’t the best and sound does travel due to the open plan nature of the main living areas but that didn’t affect our enjoyment too much. The location is fabulous, very quiet and within walking distance of the village where there is a popular pub. The wonderful beaches at Bantham and Bigbury on Sea and the funky town of Totnes are a short drive away. We were here only 3 nights so didn’t have time to visit Dartmoor which is also close by. We loved our trip and will definitely return to this wonderful part of the country. We will be recommending the property to our friends. ##### Vanessa G.
