Welcome to Le Casette, a complex of four holiday homes located in Gaino, a peaceful hillside hamlet of Toscolano Maderno. Surrounded by greenery and just a short drive from the shores of Lake Garda, it is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing getaway.

The shared garden, equipped with sun loungers and parasols, and the swimming pool are ideal for soaking up the sun, reading a book or spending quality time with family and friends.



The House: Gargnà

Gargnà is an end-unit holiday home arranged over three floors, tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. Contemporary design, carefully selected materials and harmonious colours create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere where you will immediately feel at home.



The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, including infants and babies.



The Living Spaces

First Floor – Living Area

The living area features a welcoming lounge with a dining table, a sofa bed and a panoramic balcony where you can admire the stunning views of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including:



Induction hob

Oven and microwave

Dishwasher

Fridge and freezer

German-style coffee maker and Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine

Toaster and kettle

All the essential kitchen utensils and equipment

A guest bathroom is also located on this floor.



Ground Floor – Sleeping Area

Overlooking the shared garden and the lake, the sleeping area includes:



A spacious double bedroom with a six-door wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the lake

A second bedroom with two single sleeping places, consisting of a single bed and an additional pull-out bed, offering a practical and comfortable solution

A bathroom with a shower

Lower Ground Floor – Additional Bedroom

On the lower ground floor, you will find another double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, providing extra comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Toscolano Maderno is also an excellent starting point for exploring Lake Garda by boat. You can visit charming lakeside villages, discover picturesque towns and admire the beauty of the surrounding area directly from the water, enjoying unique panoramic views of the lake and its shores.

Maximum occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests in total, including infants and babies. Additional guests are not permitted, even temporarily.

No parties or events: Parties, events and receptions are strictly prohibited both inside the property and in the shared outdoor areas.

No pets: Pets are not allowed.

Electric vehicle charging: Charging electric vehicles using the property's household electricity is strictly prohibited.

Tourist tax: €2 per person, per night, subject to applicable regulations.
