The holiday home has a bright living room with a cosy fireplace for relaxing hours, a well-equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom as well as a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 6 people. It also has Wi-Fi, fans and a television. Outside there is a private pool with a fantastic view of the lake and a terrace with comfortable balcony furniture where you can spend relaxing hours under the warm sun and enjoy a delicious meal. As the villa is located just above the village, it is advisable to arrive by car. Within 2 km you will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafés and the nearest beach, Spiaggia Toscolano, is 2.16 km away. Parking is available on the property.
