The luxury Villa Cà Bianca is divided in 2 apartments with swimming pool above Toscolano Maderno.

It is surrounded from 20.000 metres of land with olive groves and at the end of a private entrance there are 2 lake-view luxury villas Cà Rossa and Cà Bianca with swimming pool.

On the ground floor there is Cà Bianca zero with 2 bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and one with 2 separate beds. There are two bathrooms with shower and toilet.

The living room offers a furnished kitchen, dining table and sofa on a large surface.

Enjoy from your terrace the stunning view on Gardalake where the sun is reflected.

From here there are only a few metres away from the outdoor pool of the villas.

This apartment does not only attract for its comfortable and appealing atmosphere, but also for the dreamlike view on Gardalake. Both villas have 2 apartments and both are rented in the summer and share the same pool.

You can reach easily the villa through a gravel path. Two private car parks are at your disposal.
