You can enjoy the charm of this house with the whole family, as it sleeps up to 6 people. The most amazing feature of the house is undoubtedly the fabulous panorama that you can enjoy while you recharge your batteries. The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is provided with a cosy living area with a sofa, fireplace and television and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. It also has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout. Two bedrooms are equipped with warm/cool air-con. As mentioned above, the icing on the cake is the magnificent outdoor area, characterised by stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the hills of the Axarquia region. You can enjoy them while relaxing on the benches in the outdoor area or taking a dip in the inviting private pool. The outdoor area is completed with a covered barbecue area and an outdoor dining area. Access to the house is via an 8 km track, 4 km of which are dirt tracks. The other half is asphalted. Der Weg zum Inserat geht erstmal über eine gut ausgebaute Straße nach oben danach fährt man ca. 10 minuten über Schotterwege. Einmal dran gewöhnt kein Problem. Das Haus liegt in den Bergen, deshalb war ein SUV von Vorteil, da der Weg dorthin im letzten Teil 10 Minuten über einen zum Teil steilen Schotterweg führt. Ist aber machbar. Dafür hatten wir keine direkt angrenzenden Nachbarn und haben die Alleinlage geschätzt. Der Pool war zwar klein dafür aber immer sehr warm und wir sind auch noch abends und nachts geschwommen. Die Klimaanlagen im Haus (3 Stück) funktionierten sehr gut und waren auch leise, bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Granada und Malaga unternommen und waren in Nerja und Frigiliana (beide sehr zu empfehlen).Eine tolle Woche als Familie. ##### Beate S. Die Lage ist idyllisch mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Die Anfahrt zur Finca ist abenteuerlich, aber machbar. Die Finca selbst ist sehr gepflegt, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders die Küchenausstattung hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Poolbereich ist gepflegt, wir haben dort sehr die Ruhe genossen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise haben wir uns rundum gut betreut gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes kann Schon vor dem Urlaubsantritt nimmt der Vermieter Kontakt auf. Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes kann man ihn jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichen. Man wird sehr gut betreut, aber nur wenn man etwas benötigt. Wir haben schon oft Häuser gemietet, so eine gute Betreuung haben wir noch nie erlebt. Als Beispiel war der Kühlschrank defekt (hat nur ganz schwach gekühlt). Am kommenden Tag war Pepe mit einem Ersatzgerät da. Nach einer Woche wurden Bettzeug und Handtücher getauscht, auch das war für uns neu. Man merkt, dass das Haus nicht durch eine Agentur sondern durch die Eigentümer selber betreut wird. Die Straße zum Haus ist zwar nicht perfekt, aber mit ein wenig Fahrgeschick ist es kein Problem. Bei uns war die "bessere" Straße gesperrt, aber auch die "schlechtere" stellte kein Problem dar. Das Haus liegt in den Bergen zwischen Avocado – und Mangoplantagen, obwohl in der näheren Umgebung mehrere Nachbarn sind, hat man das Gefühl alleine zu sein. Leider hatten wir das Pech, das während unseren Aufenthalts die direkte Zuwegung durch Straßenarbeiten gesperrt war, so dass wir eine Umfahrung mit vielen Kurven und Steigung nutzen mussten. Das war schon abenteuerlich! Patricia und Pepe waren sehr freundlich, bemüht und entgegenkommend. Wir hatten am Abreisetag ein Spätflug, da das Haus nicht sofort wieder belegt war, durften wir bleiben solange wir wollten. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Der Pool, Grillplatz im Außenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein - mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf das Meer, Torrox und das Gebirge. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum, die verschiedenen Strände und Buchten herrlich. Der Ausflug nach Malaga lohnt sich definitiv. Pepe und Patricia waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten uns am Treffpunkt getroffen und sind gemeinsam zur Finca gefahren. Sobald wir ein Problem hatten, war Pepe sofort zur Stelle. Er hatte uns sogar freundlicherweise einen Termin zum Test für den Rückflug gemacht, einfach liebe Menschen ##### Sandra S. Hervorragende Aussicht, das Haus hat alles, sauber und gepflegt und die Besitzer sind immer aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert das Haus und die Stadt Torrox, viele Strandbars zum Mittag- oder Abendessen und in der Nähe von Nerja oder Malaga für Ausflüge. Mit allem ausgestattet was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt...und die Lage ist herrlich..
