If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the hills near Torrox, knowing that you will be able to reach the gorgeous beaches in less than 20-minute drive, you should take a look at this holiday home, which is equipped with every comfort and ideal for a couple. The single-storey house is provided with all the amenities you can think of, thus providing you and your family with a relaxing spot to enjoy the holidays. The living space features a lounge area with one sofa and a flat-screen TV, whereas the kitchen is fully equipped with the electric appliances you will need and a dining table, ideal for the whole family. The house's two bedrooms are characterised by a double-height ceiling and feature two twin beds and an en-suite with a shower each. This allows two couples to enjoy their holidays in full privacy and, at the same time, sharing the comforts of this house and their well-deserved holiday with each other. The living room and the bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con. The outdoor space features all the amenities that will make your stay as comfortable as you wish. It features a swinging sofa for falling asleep accompanied by the breeze, an area for "al fresco" dining where you can share your meals with your beloved ones, and two sun loungers for soaking up the sunshine. Likewise, you can do so while swimming in the private pool, too, which overlooks the valley down to the whitewashed houses of Torrox and the Mediterranean Sea. From January 2022, the house will have a heated pool. The pool will be heated at a maximum temperature of 25-27ºC all year round, depending on the outdoor temperature, except July and August because heating is not necessary. In the backyard, you will find an area for eating outside in the shade, thanks to a gazebo sheltering a dining table. This space is also provided with a wood oven. Just like in the rest of the outdoor area, you will also enjoy splendid vistas while eating in the backyard. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt inclusief een zeer goed en groot bed (1.80cm) en een buitenruimte met vele tuinmeubels en tal van comfortabele kussens. Het verwarmd zwembad is een grote luxe maar het meest impressionante is de stilte en het prachtige uitzicht met zijn onvergetelijke zonsondergangen. Fransico en Reme waren altijd paraat, altijd vriendelijk en klaar om te helpen maar met veel respect voor onze privacy. We waren een beetje bang van de weg naar het huisje door vorige beoordelingen van andere huurders maar dat was voor niets nodig. Het helpt wel als je een SUV hebt. Die Vermieter sind darauf bedacht, dass alles für uns in Ordnung ist, sind immer bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen und reparieren sofort Dinge, die entweder der Wind zerstört hat oder irgendwas durch den normalen Verschleiß kaputt geht. Es bietet schöne private Bereiche und zusätzlich eine Klimaanlage mit Warm- und Kaltwasser, die uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr zugute kam. Der beheizte Pool mit der praktischen Abdeckung war fantastisch. Die Aussicht vom Außenkochbereich war herrlich. Francisco war äußerst hilfsbereit und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Anfahrt war etwas bergab, aber nicht anders als bei anderen Landhäusern, die wir zuvor besucht haben. Wir kommen wieder. Top-Tipp: Vertrauen Sie nicht dem Navi und fahren Sie vom Haus aus den Hügel hinunter. ##### Simon G. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, komfortabel und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Pool ist klasse. Von den beiden Terrassen hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel und Berge und auf die Bucht von Torre del Mar. Man kann in der Gegend viel unternehmen: Kultur, Städte besichtigen, wandern, im Meer baden und vorzüglich essen. Man sollte sich aber darauf einstellen, dass die Zufahrt zum Haus ein ganzes Stück über unbefestigte Wege führt. Wer damit kein Problem hat, kann dort einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen. Francisco und Reme sind tolle Gastgeber, freundlich und hilfsbereit in jeder Situation. Torrox Costa liegt in der Nähe, schöner und gemütlicher Boulevard mit schönen Terrassen. Der Besitzer und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich, nichts ist zu viel. Für uns ist die Gegend nicht neu, sodass uns die Fahrt zum Haus nicht überrascht hat aber wir empfehlen einen SUV, das macht die Fahrt einfacher. Das Haus war sehr sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Beide Schlafräume haben ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und das eine Zimmer hat sogar ein breites Bett (sehr selten in Spanien) Jetzt im Winter waren die Klimageräte mit Heizfunktion sehr wertvoll, da es zum Schluss doch ziemlich kalt in der Nacht wurde und die Häuser nicht wie in Deutschland besonders isoliert sind. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum aber das Tollste ist der beheizte Pool, den wir in der kompletten Zeit von Anfang November bis Mitte Dezember sehr gut nutzen konnten. Wir möchten den Zitronenbaum erwähnen, an dem wir uns 6 Wochen bedienen durften - ein Traum!!! Auch die Avocados waren sehr lecker und ergaben eine tolle Guacamole. Die Hausgröße ist für 2 Personen perfekt, zu viert ist es schon etwas eng und hellhörig, aber es geht wenn man nicht geräuschempfindlich ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht. Francisco und Reme sind sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Auch wenn etwas fehlte brauchte man es nur ansprechen - Francisco sagte immer - Sorge dich um nichts und so war es auch! ##### Daniel H. Zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten gibt es verschiedene Orte, an denen man draußen sitzen kann, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Der Pool ist makellos und makellos und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht! Nous avons pu échanger avec eux lors de leur visite durant notre séjour. Ils nous ont même appris à ramasser les figues de barbarie et nous les ont fait goûter ! Leur maison est magnifique, très fonctionnelle. La terrasse est incroyable avec une vue magnifique et la piscine est très propre et tellement appréciable . Verfügbare, wohlwollende und freundliche Gastgeber, deren einziger Wunsch: dass wir 200 % unter den besten Bedingungen genießen. Unser einziges Bedauern. musste gehen. aber um besser zurückzukommen! Die Routenbeschreibung die wir erhielten führte uns jedes mal von Torrox zielsicher bis zur Finca. Dit was geen enkel probleem voor Francisco, dus we spraken af bij de BP nabij Torrox. Na een rit bergop over asfalt en een grindpad, wat zeer goed te doen is, kwamen we aan bij het huis. Het huis staat bovenop een berg wat het uitzicht adembenemend maakt. De hele familie had ervoor gezorgd dat het huis schoon was voor ons om 2 weken van de woning te genieten. Goede bedden, goede douche, niets ontbrak er aan. Een heerlijk verwarmd zwembad maakte het geheel compleet met een prachtig uitzicht over Malaga.Wij hebben enorm genoten van de gastvrijheid van Franscisco en z'n familie en het verblijf. Een hoop huizen al gehuurd in Spanje, maar dit is er een die met stip op 1 staat. Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft ist selbst für geübte PKW-Fahrer ein echtes Abenteuer. Es geht von der Autobahn erst 5km über eine kurvenreiche Straße, bevor es weitere 3,5km über eine enge Schotterpiste hinauf zur Finca geht. Ohne die Führung durch die Vermieter, hätten wir uns gnadenlos verfahren. Es gab seitens der sehr netten Vermieterin eine Google-Map-Route. ##### Regina B. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und sofort verfügbar bei Fragen. Man hat gemerkt, dass es ihnen wichtig ist, dass die Urlauber sich wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist wunderschön mit Sicht auf die Berge und das Meer. Allerdings ist die Anfahrt weit und umständlich und die letzten 3,5 km führen über eine Schotterpiste, die für die Fahrkünste und die Autos eine Herausforderung ist.
