"From start to finish, what a fantastic experience. Great communication and information regarding property and directions.Met by Elisa who made our check in really straightforward. Lovely apartment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Bonus having a basement garage.2 to 3 mins from the beach/bars/restaurants. Fantastic Pastelaria/Panaderia across the road.Loved our stay and would highly recommend."

"Carlos is a wonderful host. He ensured through excellent communication that every step from the day of our booking through to departure day we were informed, supported and had the most wonderful week staying at the villa. He gave so much help and guidance, waiting to meet us when we were delayed by traffic, giving us a full tour of the villa and run through of all the amenities and he came straight out to us when we had something that required his assistance in the evening. The villa is truly amazing, we were 6 adults staying there but the various spaces and different areas, particularly those around the villa ment that we always felt we had more than enough room for us all. Everything was exceptionally clean and the villa very homely and comfortable. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and clean, and the views were outstanding. A truly gorgeous villa in a stunning setting and an amazing holiday. We would totally recommend for a great holiday."

"Wir hatten eine wirklich gute Kommunikation mit Michèle. Sie hat immer sofort geantwortet und passende Infos geliefert. Check in and out war reibungslos und auf unsere Wünsche angepasst.Die tollen Fotos wecken hohe Erwartungen, die bis auf die tatsächlich hervorragende Aussicht nicht alle erfüllt werden konnten. Die Betten in unserem Schlafzimmer waren bequem. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, haben wir aber nicht gebraucht. Die Anlage wird gut gepflegt. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war uns zu umständlich. Draußen gibt's ausreichend. Man braucht hier ein Auto.Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden gern wiederkommen."

"The apartment was beautiful, new and clean. We had a great patio with a view of the sea that we really enjoyed. There are restaurants reasonably close by, but the neighborhood is not walkable. We did take the underground parking is very tight if you have a large car. This would be a great place for an extended stay."

"We have hired villas many times on Costa del Sol but Casa Joya was definitely the best. The villa itself had everything we could have wanted and was in beautiful condition. The pool was excellent and a good size for a swim. The additional advantage is the location. About 45 mins from Malaga airport and only around 15 mins to the sea. What could be better? Peace and tranquility around the pool with great views and easy to go to the sea if you feel the need. Reaching the villa was quite straight forward and the drive was similar to other rural villas we have visited. In the hills you should expect narrow windy roads and we had no problems even at night. Uta, the owner was easy to contact which made us feel even more relaxed. I would very highly recommend this villa."
