Wonderfull 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor flat in Torrox Costa, located in a new and modern residential with a family atmosphere, it has a double bed in a double bedroom with a a bathroom en suite, 2 single beds in the second bedroom, living room with a comfortable corner sofa, fully equipped kitchen, large furnished terrace for outdoor dining, air conditioning and central heating, Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV with multimedia ports and access from your Netflix account, endless communal pool, underground parking, direct access through its private entrance to the best sandy beaches and beach bars of the Costa del Sol from the urbanisation.

Ideal to spend a stay of rest and tranquillity, enjoy the best climate of Europe. You can also visit the nearby villages and places for cultural and gastronomic tourism.

The swimming pool season is from April 1 to October 31, the bathing hours are from 9am to 10pm*
* Due to the severe drought we are experiencing, there is a possibility of intermittent water outages during the night. The apartment is excellent, well proportioned and equipped. The quality of the fittings is first class. The only downside is that a substantial new development is currently under construction on the adjoining site and the nearby beach is mediocre; but we are from Cornwall so are used to great beaches. Good pool though.
