The villa has two floors and a living space of 90 m2, in which the decoration with luxury furniture and the use of warm colours create an extremely cosy atmosphere. The house has two bedrooms equipped with large wardrobes. One bedroom has a double bed of 180x200 and the other has a double bed of 150x190\. Of the two bathrooms, one has a shower and the other a bathtub. The villa has a bright living room with a wood stove, which shares space with the fully equipped open-plan kitchen. At night, in the spacious living room, you can enjoy a nice fire in the fireplace and the atmosphere it creates. Your whole family can test their skills with a Wii console and its wide variety of games. The dining area has a table for four people. The entire house also has free internet connection, so you can also stay connected with the outside world, and hot/cold air conditioning. Outside, the villa has a large covered and glazed terrace, from which you can enjoy the stunning surrounding landscape, whatever the weather. The little ones will also be able to enjoy it, as it has a small slide and a playhouse for children. However, the charms of the outdoor area do not end here. There is an open terrace area, where you can find a dining area and a large barbecue. If you want to soak up the warm Andalusian summer sun, just lie down on one of the sun loungers in the garden, and as soon as you want to cool off, the magnificent private pool will welcome you with cool water. The house has a jacuzzi available all year round and its use costs 70 euros per week. The holiday home also has a private parking for several cars. Access is via a 3 km track from the road, of which 2 km are concrete and 1 km is dirt. The holiday home is nestled in a natural setting, surrounded by traditional crops, where new crops grow, bringing greenery and a tropical flavour to the area. Country lovers will find this rural house the ideal place for their holidays, especially if you are one of those who flee from urban areas and housing estates. Here you will never tire of looking at the magnificent views and admiring the eagles and falcons that have their nest in the surrounding mountains. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist mehr als ausreichend und ein Traum ist die Außenküche mit Grill und Gasherd auf der Terasse. Das WLAN und TV funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Anfahrt zur Finca ist gut machbar. Man gewöhnt sich wirklich schnell daran und dafür wird man jedes mal wenn man oben ist von dem einmaligen Ausblick belohnt. Der wunderschöne Meerblick über die Mangofelder, das Grillen herrlicher frischer Meeresfrüchte und Fisch von einem wunderbaren Fischhändler in Torrox Costa in der hervorragenden Außenküche, das Schwimmen im schönen Swimmingpool und das Aufleuchten der Lichter von Torrox Costa vom Whirlpool aus. An den langen, heißen Nachmittagen sorgte alles für einen perfekten Urlaub, den man fast ausschließlich im Freien verbrachte. In der Außenküche/Wohnzimmer weht oft eine angenehme Brise, was es zu einem perfekten Ort zum Entspannen an ruhigen Morgen macht, vor allem, weil die Aussicht so schön ist. Der Schaukelstuhl ist ein Favorit! Im Inneren sind das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer sehr komfortabel, die Klimaanlage ist effizient und wird nur selten benötigt. José Luis, der fröhliche, freundliche und gastfreundliche Besitzer, hält alles in optimalem Zustand; Das Haus ist makellos sauber und hat alles, was Sie für eine wundervolle Zeit brauchen. Der Weg zum Haus wurde mehrfach erwähnt; Wir haben immer festgestellt, dass Menschen vorsichtig und höflich fahren; Es ist einfach etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und lohnt sich aufgrund der schönen Lage und der Aussicht vom Haus aus. Der Pool ist warm und schön. Der Whirlpool ist großartig. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Kühlschrank ist groß, es gibt auch einen Kühlschrank auf der Terrasse. Der Grill ist einfach zu bedienen. Wir haben Airhockey gespielt. Sie können Ihren Chromecast zum Streamen mitbringen. Es gibt einen Amazon Firestick und Sat-TV. Das WIFI ist gut genug, aber im Schlafzimmer unten war das Signal schwach, also habe ich meinen mobilen MIFI-Router mit einer spanischen Daten-SIM-Karte verwendet. Es gibt eine Dolce Gusto-Kaffeemaschine. Also in der Villa ist alles super, schöne Möbel. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Zier B. Mit der sehr gut ausgestatteten Außenküche auf der großen Terrasse mit bequemen Stühlen und herrlichem Blick über die Hügel und das Meer in der Ferne können Sie praktisch im Freien leben. Der Pool war auch zu jeder Tageszeit schön und der Whirlpool war großartig. Beide haben eine wunderbare Aussicht. Der Besitzer hat sehr schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Fahrt die Hügel hinauf zum Haus ist zwar interessant, hat uns aber nicht abgeschreckt! Wir hatten ausgezeichnetes Wetter, das typisch für diese Gegend ist, und hatten normalerweise eine sehr angenehme Brise. Der Innenraum ist sehr komfortabel und die Klimaanlagen funktionieren bei Bedarf gut. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus sehr. Wir haben bereits für den nächsten Sommer gebucht! Ehrlich gesagt hat uns dieses Haus sehr gut gefallen. Das einzige Problem ist, dass die letzten km mit einer Straße mehr als abgebaut sind. Ich hatte Schmerzen um mein Auto, aber als ich nach Hause kam, sagte mir sogar mein Auto, dass es sich gelohnt hatte, wenn nicht alle perfekt waren, der diskrete und höfliche Besitzer. Seien Sie vorsichtig, da sogar eine etwas gegenüberliegende Poolseite (mit Abstand) reicht, um sie zu unterscheiden ##### Touami B. Dieses Jahr war die Gelegenheit für den Außenwhirlpool, was für eine gute Idee, denn das Gefühl, nachts hineinzukommen, um den Temperaturkontrast zwischen Außen und Innen zu nutzen, ist unbeschreiblich, es mangelt nicht an Details. Beleuchtung,. Musik, mehrere Jets und eine große Größe. Der Rest des Hauses ist so makellos wie immer, alles sauber, beheizter Pool, balinesisches Bett, Spiele, Tischfußball, Billard, Darts. Nun, Sie werden sich nicht langweilen. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert, hier ein paar Tage zu entspannen, außerdem ist Josés Aufmerksamkeit außergewöhnlich, er ist freundlich, aufmerksam, pünktlich und widmet seine ganze Aufmerksamkeit dem Haus und seinen Gästen. Dabeisein ist für uns eine Traumwoche verbringen, es wird Ihnen an nichts fehlen. Es war bei uns in der Nähe ein Haus mit fünf Hunden und leider haben die sehr oft lange gebellt und auch Nachts.
