This authentic property is located in the splendid environment of the hills that back Torrox Costa, thus providing a wonderful setting for rejoicing in your well-deserved holidays. Besides, its location lets you enjoy the beach, located 3 km far, and reach all the main cities, as the highway is just 1 km far. As soon as you get here, you will discover a cosy property, decorated with exquisite rustic details and all the facilities that you and your family may need. Moreover, you will even have the chance of collecting the products of the semi-ecological vegetable garden for free. Here, you will find seasonal products, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, aubergines, fava beans, garlic, onions, sugar canes, and tropical products, such as avocadoes, mangoes, pitayas, lychees, and so on. In it, there also is a henhouse, where you can collect fresh eggs during your whole stay, for free. The 46-sq-mt house is ideal for a family of four people. It's also provided with access for people with reduced mobility, as it features ramps from the parking to the house. Inside the house, you will find a cosy living space. On the right, a fully equipped kitchen provides all the kitchenware and appliances needed during a long stay; on the left, there is a comfortable sofa and a TV that also broadcasts French channels. A bathroom with a shower is also accessible from the living room. Then, you will discover the two bedrooms of the house. The master bedroom is 9-sq-mt wide, and it features a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom, which is a bit smaller, is equipped with two twin beds. The living room is provided with warm/cool air-con and a portable stove that is provided during winter stays. The outdoor area features a 30-sq-mt porch, which is the perfect place for enjoying your meals "al fresco". The 6-place dining table, the brick-built BBQ and the oven ensure all the comforts that you could think of. The cherry on the pie is the spectacular panorama that goes from the valley before you to the Mediterranean Sea. On the right hand side, you will find the beautiful private heated swimming pool, provided with sun loungers and an umbrella that guarantee a relaxing and stress-free stay. From the pool, a staircase leads down to an outdoor bathroom with a walk-in shower. The pool is available from April 1st to October 31st, and its heating has an extra cost not included in the price, between €60 and €100, depending on the date and length of stay. Es ist eine kleine, gemütliche Unterkunft mit einem sehr großzügigen Außenbereich und einem außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll gestalteten Pool mit einer schönen Außendusche und bequemen Liegen. Die Veranda ist sehr geräumig, von dort aus hat man einen weiten Blick. Im Innenbereich ist alles vorhanden, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vonnöten ist und alles funktioniert ohne Probleme. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber die Dusche funktionierte tadellos; auch ist das heiße Wasser SOFORT da, was ja auch umweltfreundlich ist. Paco, unser freundlicher Gastgeber, war IMMER sofort erreichbar bei Fragen und gab zahlreiche Anregungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Auch die Kommunikation war klasse, denn über Whatsapp war er immer sofort für uns da. Der Gemüsegarten ist sehr vielfältig, wir durften uns nach Herzenslust bedienen: Erdbeeren gab es jeden Tag, Kartoffeln, Avocados ohne Ende, Kräuter, Paprika, Staudensellerie, Gemüsezwiebeln, Tomaten und nicht zu vergessen: Pacos Hühner liefern die traumhaftesten Bio-Eier, die man sich vorstellen kann. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und die Finca ist ein guter Standort, um Unternehmungen nach Granada, Cordoba und Malaga zu machen. Die nahegelegene Straße, die in anderen Bewertungen angesprochen wird, kann man zwar nicht wegdiskutieren, aber man gewöhnt sich doch sehr schnell daran. Der Poolbereich mit seinen Sonnenliegen und der Gartenbereich sind spektakulär. Die Terrasse mit Grill ist fantastisch, um essen und speisen zu können. mit Ruhebereich inklusive. Die Lage war das, was wir gesucht hatten. Ein bisschen abgelegen, um die ganze Ruhe der Welt zu haben, aber gleichzeitig gut angebunden, um die Autobahn zu erreichen und jeden Ort zu besuchen. Was den Besitzer Paco betrifft, wären alle Worte nur wenige. Vom ersten Moment an empfängt er Sie sehr herzlich und herzlich und bietet Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts jede erdenkliche Hilfe an.
